If you are a reseller and can provide the necessary documentation, such as a valid reseller's permit, we will remove sales taxes for your purchases. Please ensure that your reseller documentation is up to date and ready for verification.

Does it cost to participate in the auction? 

Participating in our auctions is completely free. However, to place bids, you are required to add your credit card billing address to your account. This information is securely stored and will be used to process payments for any winning lots.

Can I buy directly from you?

Certainly! We offer direct bulk purchases for those interested in larger quantities of items. Additionally, we are in the process of launching a new program that will allow you to purchase individual items at set prices. Stay tuned for more details on this exciting option.

When are your auctions held?

Our online auctions occur every Tuesday and Friday, with auctions starting at 6:00 PM. The precise ending times may vary depending on the number of lots in each auction. For the most accurate and up-to-date information on our auctions, please visit our website at surplus4all.com.

When can I pick up my items?

Our pickup location is conveniently located at 5625 Firestone Blvd, South Gate, CA, 90280. 
Pickup services are available on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. 
Please be aware that our pickup schedule may differ on holidays, so always check our website for any holiday-specific hours. It's crucial to note that you have a 7-day window from the sale date to pick up your winning lots. Items not picked up within this timeframe and without an approved extension will be forfeited.

What are your fees?

Our fees are transparent and include a 15% Buyer's Premium and a 3% Processing Fee. These fees are in addition to the winning bid amount and taxes.

Do you charge Sales Tax?

Sales tax will be charged to all participants unless they provide valid reseller's permits or a bill of lading that exempts them from sales tax. We encourage participants to ensure their tax exemption documents are in order before placing bids.

Do you offer shipping?

Currently, we do not offer shipping for our auction products. All items must be picked up in person at our designated pickup location.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns only for items that are listed incorrectly. However, please be aware that all other items are sold "as is" and cannot be returned. It's essential to carefully review the item descriptions and conditions before bidding.

What if I received the wrong item?

If you receive the incorrect item, please return it to our pickup location. We will promptly address the issue by either refunding your payment or providing you with the correct item you were originally supposed to receive.

How long do I have to pick up my items?

All items must be removed within 7 days from the sale date. If you anticipate needing more time, please request an approved extension in advance. Items not picked up within 7 days and without an approved extension will be considered forfeited.

I have a seller's permit, how do I remove my taxes?

To remove sales taxes from your purchases, please email us a copy of your valid seller's permit to support@surplus4all.com. You will also be required to complete the necessary California reseller form to ensure proper tax exemption.

What should I do if I have an issue with my order?

If you encounter any issues with your order, we have a dedicated support ticket request form on our website. After you submit the form, please allow some time for processing. We value your business, and our team will respond to your inquiry as promptly as possible, addressing any concerns or questions you may have.
