All items must be removed within 7 day's of the sale date.

*You are responsible for the removal of the items. Forklifts is available for pallets and large items.

**All items must be removed from the site no later than Sunday, Oct. 30th by 5:00 PM. Any item NOT picked up will inquire a storage fee of $20 per day, per Item UNLESS other arrangements have been made with Surplus 4 All. If no arrangements have been made your items will be forfeited and no refunds will be made.

All purchases will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.

All payments must be made by Credit Card. A %15 Buyers Premium and a 10.25% sales tax is assessed to all items (lots) unless provided with a valid seller’s permit plus 3% Processing.

All sales are final when awarded to the successful bidder. No refunds, no adjustments.
